By downloading, installing, or using Ocean Cruiser, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the application.

Liability Waiver

You acknowledge that use of Ocean Cruiser is at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of using the application.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the developers, publishers, and distributors of Ocean Cruiser from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by you or any property belonging to you while using the application.

Ocean Cruiser is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
4. Limitation of Damages
In no event shall the developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use Ocean Cruiser.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developers and their affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Ocean Cruiser or violation of these terms.
6. Automatic Agreement
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING OCEAN CRUISER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS WAIVER OF LIABILITY, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY IT. This agreement is effective immediately upon download and continues for as long as you use the application.
